In our last episode, we showed you, how a fried Romano-ball is created at an Italian restaurant. Today, we are in the Pearl City of India. Can you guess where I am? Yes, you are absolutely right, we are in Hyderabad. For next 3 episodes, we will take you to the various places of Hyderabad, where you will find great foods to eat. Come on, let us proceed.

Arindam: - We are now in the Old Hyderabad area near Charminar Bus Stand and Mecca Masjid. This market is known as Bibi Bazaar. Are you asking the question, why am I here? Well, this is the place, where you will get Shahi Nawabi Biriyani. If you want to taste the real spicy biriyani, which Nawabs or Mughal kings used to eat, in our ancient days, then try the biriyani from this area only? You will just love it. When you will enter this market, you will feel hungry by the smell of the biriyani. So, where will we go next?

************************************************** ****

Arindam: - Hmm…now, it is around 5.30 PM, you are feeling hungry to have some snacks, am I right? Can you imagine a street full of food stalls, and to add a little spice to it; Hussain Sagar is just beside it. Yes, viewers, we are standing right now, at the Eat Street. What to eat? Rather you should ask, what not to eat, from Chinese foods to Moghlai to SubWay and Frankies, every food stall is here. Just eat foods and have romance with your beloved. If you have children, not an issue, eat here and let them enjoy in the Children’s Park, beside it.

Arindam: - Director Saab, it is already 8.30 PM, I am feeling hungry. Where are we going for dinner?

Sain Director: - Well, Arindam, we will have our dinner at the Hyderabadi Bengali Samity Restaurant.

Arindam: - the director of this show is a Bengalee, so, obviously, he will love Bengali foods. But, I don’t have much idea about Bengali foods. Come on, let us see, what is there in HBS?

**************************************************

Arindam: - See the fun, the location of this restaurant is awesome. It is beside the Ramkrishna Mission and just opposite to Indira Park. Let us go inside, and have the dinner. See here, this is the Menu Card of Bengali foods:- Chingri Malai Curry, Pabda Maacher Kaalia, Aloo Postho, Khashir mangsho, Kasa Chicken, Rasogolla, Misti Doi, Chaler payesh, Hilsha Curry, etc. My goodness, I have never heard about these foods, in my life. Director Saab, what food should I try out here? Out of these, which food is the best?

Sain Director:-Arindam, just order for half Chingri Malai Curry, half Hilsha Curry, half Khashir mangsho, Misti Doi, Chaler payesh and Raosgollas.

Arindam: - Wow, I have just finished my dinner, with all these items. The taste of the food is superb. You will be surprised to know that these foods also have significance in Bengal. The native Bengali people (Mohun Bagan) cooks Chingri Malai Curry and the native people of Bangladesh (East Bengal) cooks Hilsha Curry. That is because, in Hooghly River, you will get good quality prawns and in the Padma river of Bangladesh, you will get quality Hilsha fish. What to say about Misti Doi (Sweet Curd) and Rasogollas. They are just awesome. Oh! I forgot to tell you one thing, in Hyderabad, this HBS has another branch, that is near Paradise Restaurant, opposite to Stay Inn Hotel, at the terrace of Maya Deluxe Lodge.
